HL Fiduciaries Limited ("HLF") is registered as a data controller under the Data Protection Act 2002. HLF is committed to applying the eight data protection principles which underlie the Act. These include the fair and lawful obtaining of personal data, the use of personal data only for specified purposes, and the secure storage of personal data.
