Andrew gained an Honours Degree in Management Science (Operational Research) in 1986. He previously worked for Coopers & Lybrand (IOM) (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), where he trained and worked for 7 years and with KPMG (Bermuda and London) for 3 years. He joined Harding Lewis, a firm of Chartered Accountants in 1996. He has over 20 years experience working in Finance.

Michael Estella

Michael has over twenty years of experience within the accountancy industry and qualified as a Certified Accountant in 1998. Before joining Harding Lewis in March 2003 as a senior manager, Michael worked for Moore Stephens on the Isle of Man as an audit manager. Michael has also worked for a prominent corporate service provider on the Island and has significant offshore experience including accounting, tax, auditing and consultancy.

Debra Cooper

Debra trained and qualified with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) in London in 1989, having gained an Honours Degree in Mathematics and Physics from Manchester University. Debra subsequently worked in both the Isle of Man and the Bahamas financial services industry (including working for a corporate service provider) for 11 years before returning to practice in the Bahamas in 2001. Debra joined Harding Lewis in 2003.

Lee Penrose

Lee gained an Honours Degree in Business Studies and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing in 1985. Since 1985 he has run his own specialist trust business and then after selling that business held a number of senior posts in large institutions. He acted as a Director and ran HSBC Trust Corporation (Isle of Man) Limited for six years afterwards taking up the role of Managing Director of Standard Bank Trust Company (Isle of Man) Limited. Since then Lee has held various roles as a director and manager of local trust businesses more recently providing consulting services to local firms before joining HLF. Over the last 21 years Lee has developed experience in assisting                                    both private and institutional clients with their offshore solutions in a range of fields.
